PLAN OF ACTION

We will begin with a 2 - 3 hour discussion with the artist representative, where the objectives and goals are identified, these are very typically then broken down within 6 and 12 month timelines. During this process, it's best to ask as many questions as possible, we advise you to come prepared and make the most of this time! It's also important to remember that while ambition is a virtue, the more the better in our book and you will be expected to push boundaries, it is vital the objectives be achievable.

 

Following the discussion, a consultancy document where the objectives are highlighted and the actions required to achieve them are outlined will be sent to you for review within 24 hours. Once we are all satisfied with the plan of action, we'll set the wheels in motion and the work begins.

It is preferable that we have the initial discussion face to face, we find this the much more productive method of working. However we are aware the logistics of this are sometimes impractical so Skype video calls or a phone call can work.
