TERRI CHAPMAN
Terri's music industry journey commenced in Ibiza in 2010, where she joined a team of festival promoters organizing Rock, Metal, and sci-fi events across the UK and Spain. She also played a key role in launching a startup label during her time in Ibiza. Terri returned to the UK in 2016 and founded Rock People Management, a company driven by creativity, imagination, and a willingness to challenge industry norms. Under her leadership, Rock People Management achieved remarkable success, securing three top 10 albums with Massive Wagons and expanding her network of contacts and partners throughout the UK and Europe. In 2023, Terri, with colleagues Josie O’Toole & Dan Tobin, established Fat Earth Records. Their inaugural release for These Wicked Rivers soared to an impressive number 3 position in the Rock charts, marking a promising start for this new chapter in Terri's dynamic music career.

Having toured in bands across Australia, Europe, the UK (and even the Middle East!) for over a decade, Josie has been sharing lessons learnt along the way with other artists since she first joined forces with RPM in 2018. Combining this hands-on experience with a corporate background in branding/marketing, she enjoys nothing more than “turning rock n roll into a spreadsheet” - an unusual skill set, yet one that comes in very handy when planning strategic, sustainable growth for artists.
